Harley-Davidson™ Riding Academy by Indianapolis Southside Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle Training Terms and Conditions
Indianapolis Southside H-D® would like to welcome you to the Harley-Davidson® family. By offering the Harley-Davidson™ Riding Academy, we share the H-D experience with you while promoting safe and responsible riding practices. All students are required to sign a release of liability. If a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the release of liability.
Classes will be held rain or shine. Sessions are postponed only if the Rider Coach deems the conditions unsafe. Any student who feels that they may have a problem with the physical exertion necessary to safely operate a motorcycle should contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to discuss any limitations or concerns. Classes will need a minimum of 8 students with 2 Rider Coaches. If the class does not meet the minimum number of students, our Riding Academy Manager will contact you to reschedule for a different class date.
Payment: Total amount of tuition is due at time of Registration.
Withdrawal / Dismissal Policy:
If you withdraw or are dismissed from the class, Indianapolis Southside Harley-Davidson will offer, one time only, another class to you at an additional cost of one-half of the original class tuition fee during the same calendar year. You will be required to start the class again from the beginning. Withdrawal: A student may choose to voluntarily withdraw from the class prior to completion for any reason. Dismissal: You may be dismissed from the class if: You are late for class, miss all or portions of the class, or fail to satisfactorily complete the class; If you are disruptive or violate class rules, or engage in dangerous behavior as deemed by a Rider Coach; If you are performing poorly or endanger yourself or other students, the Rider Coach may counsel you out of the course.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
If you must cancel your class, you will have up to ten (10) Days prior to the start date of the class to receive a full refund. If you cancel after ten (10) days, you will be refunded half of the class fee. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your class starts, there will be NO refund.
You may reschedule your class for a ($50.00) rescheduling fee up to ten (10) Days prior to the start date of the class. You must contact Indianapolis Southside Harley-Davidson to cancel or reschedule your class.
